Starlighter follows in the Soft String-Orchestrated Light-rock Style of Gently Flowing Feeling. Melodic Pop-Edged Songwriting, Richly Arranged Around 12-String Acoustic Guitar, Keyboards And The Trio’s Harmonies. Brisk easy-going songs such as "Questioning Heart" and "Eyes On The Clouds" alternate with Ballads like "One To One" and the Seals & Crofts-ish "Holiday Son". Some Electric Guitar on" You Are My Life" and the country rocker "Rise Complete My Maiden'’. Bonnie Bramlett sings backup on "Song Of The Starlighter" and "Carry It On". Closes with the ‘The Benediction’, An A Cappella piece. Short-lived label with ties to Sparrow.Roley & Moore are highly underrated. I produced several shows with these Guys Back in 77-78 and they were fantastic to say the least. They used to do great versions of "Helplessly Hoping" and the "Theme from Mary Tyler Moore" in concert. Sadly, Mike Albrecht recently passed away. Scott Roley is now Pastoring a church in the Nashville area. All in all this is a tremendous album (definitely more pop than their first) which I highly recommend. My personal favorite tracks are "Eyes On The Clouds" and "One To One" Among Other Good Tracks(http://www.holymetalrob.com/)
